A signed trespass letter gives the San Rafael Police Department authority to inspect your property for persons trespassing, sleeping, lodging, residing, or loitering, and to authorize the San Rafael Police Department to act as your agent for the purpose of enforcing the trespassing and unlawful lodging.

San Rafael Police Investigating Missing Person

On Tuesday, February 6, 2018 the San Rafael Police Department was contacted by family members of Don Alan Wilson, a 50-year-old resident of San Rafael.  According to family members, Wilson was scheduled to meet his fiancé in Philadelphia that day.  The investigation revealed that Wilson did not board a flight in San Francisco, and there is no record of planned travel by Wilson. 

Wilson’s family expressed serious concern about his disappearance, as this behavior is out of character. Wilson has not responded to multiple attempts by family members to contact him. Wilson’s last contact with family members was on the evening of February 5th.  Wilson is described as a white male adult, 6’1”, 200 lbs. with a shaved head. He is possibly driving a gray 2002 Range Rover, California License 6FAM171.

The San Rafael Police Department and the family of Don Wilson request that anyone with any information regarding Don Wilson’s whereabouts please contact the San Rafael Police Department (415)485-3000.
