On Saturday September 8, 2018 at approximately 2:30 P.M. the victim, an 81 year old woman from Los Gatos was walking into the Country Club Bowling Alley on Vivian St. when a male subject grabbed her purse and attempted to take it from her. The force from the attempt caused the victim to fall backward off the stairs. The victim landed on her back on the ground, causing injury. The suspect was unable to wrench the purse from the victim’s grasp and ran away without taking anything.
