Just after 7:55 PM, SRPD’s communications center began receiving 9-1-1 calls of a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian at the intersection of Second Street and A Street.  SRPD Officers, SRFD Firefighters, and Paramedics arrived within a minute of the reports.
